The Challenge

Westminster City Council (WCC) have been using more video to communicate with their residents. Several staff members of varying confidence and aptitude are required to capture content and WCC wanted to provide them with bespoke training

The Solution

I tailored my smartphone workshops to suit their needs and build up their in-house capacity. The teams had their phones on hand to practice the techniques and scenarios to work through. In addition I helped the team develop video guidelines for a consistent approach in the brand, tone of voice and style of videos produced.
